      <image:caption>Lara Dimond Lara has been involved in the project marketing industry for 10+ years. Finding her passion within this industry has been a journey within itself. Having worked in diverse roles locally and overseas including roles in sales, management, training, BDM &amp; marketing, Lara has experienced first hand the many facets and unique nuances that define this industry. The scope of experience range from large scale high rise developments, boutique projects and house &amp; land estates. Her unique collective involvement over the years has clarified her understanding on the requirements to be successful. Lara's many acquired skills, diversity of understanding, natural intuitive instinct and passion for excellence allowed her to identify the opportunities for improvement within this industry. Diverse and often challenging projects throughout her career have enriched her experience, knowledge and tenacity. Lara recognised the existence of a gap within the internal Project Sales and Project Market and development processes. The outcome is Collective Project Solutions (CPS), a training and accountability platform that ensures continuing excellence, certainty and measurable outcomes.</image:caption>
